ALMA ELITE is a brand, business line and platform for content, programs, publications and services developed, managed and operated by AVALON LIFE MANAGEMENT SL.

The activity of ALMA ELITE includes, among other elements, editorial content, training programs, professional services, publications, digital materials, communications, products, events and methodological developments linked to Liderazgo Integrado Consciente® / Integrated Conscious Leadership®.

The ALMA ELITE business line was co-founded by Alfonso Gutiérrez Manzanos and Olga Pelcová, with differentiated roles within the project: Alfonso Gutiérrez Manzanos, in his capacity as CEO of AVALON LIFE MANAGEMENT SL and responsible for the conceptual, methodological, editorial and business development of the line; and Olga Pelcová, as responsible for the graphic, visual and aesthetic dimension of the project.

2. SCOPE OF THESE TERMS

These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase, access and use of products, services, programs, sessions, events, digital products, educational content and other offers made available through www.almaelite.es.

By purchasing, accessing or using any product, service or content offered through this website, the customer accepts these Terms and Conditions.

3. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

ALMA ELITE may offer digital products, PDF books, downloadable materials, educational content, online programs, coaching sessions, consulting services, events, masterclasses, courses and other services related to leadership, personal development, health, wellbeing, education and human growth.

The specific characteristics, content, price, format, duration, access conditions and delivery method of each product or service will be described on the corresponding sales page, checkout page, offer, invoice, written agreement or confirmation email.

4. PRICES, PAYMENTS AND BILLING

Prices are displayed in the applicable currency and may include or exclude taxes depending on the nature of the product, the customer’s location, the applicable tax rules and the checkout configuration.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers, including Stripe, Shoprocket or other payment platforms.

The customer is responsible for providing accurate billing, payment and contact information.

AVALON LIFE MANAGEMENT SL may issue invoices, receipts or payment confirmations as the commercial operator of the website, where applicable.

5. DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND DELIVERY

Digital products, including PDF books, downloadable materials, digital educational content and other online resources, are normally delivered or made accessible electronically after purchase.

Access may be provided by download link, email, customer area, license key, online platform, automated delivery system or any other digital delivery method used by ALMA ELITE or its service providers.

Digital products may contain identification elements, license information, watermarking or other technical measures intended to protect intellectual property and prevent unauthorized distribution.

6. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

Refunds and cancellations are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy published on this website, as well as by any specific terms displayed at the time of purchase.

Digital products may be non-refundable once access, download, delivery or digital performance has begun, where the customer has expressly consented to immediate access or delivery and acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal, where required by applicable law.

For ALMA ELITE programs, unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, a maximum of 50% of the total program fee may be refundable after purchase, enrollment, access, onboarding or commencement of the program, subject to the specific circumstances of the case and the portion of the service, access, materials, preparation or work already delivered or performed.

This means that, where a refund is approved, the refundable amount shall not exceed 50% of the total program fee. The final refundable amount may be lower depending on the materials already accessed, sessions already delivered, preparation already performed, administrative work already completed, personalized work already created, third-party fees incurred or any other part of the program already provided.

No refund will be due for any part of a program, course or service that has already been fully delivered, accessed, consumed, prepared or completed, where permitted by applicable law.

7. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

The customer agrees to use the website, products, services and materials in a lawful, respectful and appropriate manner.

The customer shall not misuse, copy, share, distribute, resell, sublicense, reproduce, modify, extract, publish, transfer or commercially exploit any content, product, service, material, design, document, digital asset, code, automation, configuration or creative material without prior written authorization from the corresponding rights holder.

The customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any access links, license keys, download links, passwords or digital materials provided after purchase.

8. INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY

All content, trademarks, trade names, logos, texts, works, publications, materials, digital products, visual elements, designs, website structure and other creative assets available on or incorporated into this website are protected by the applicable intellectual and industrial property laws.

The rights relating to the written work, books, editorial materials, methodology, conceptual framework Liderazgo Integrado Consciente® / Integrated Conscious Leadership®, doctrinal texts, programs, training content, publications, digital products and methodological developments linked to ALMA ELITE belong to their respective authors or rights holders, especially Luis Alfonso Gutiérrez Manzanos and/or AVALON LIFE MANAGEMENT SL, as applicable.

The visual identity, graphic design, aesthetic composition, visual elements, digital structure and web development of the site form part of the corporate presence of ALMA ELITE and are used within the framework of the activity developed, managed and operated by AVALON LIFE MANAGEMENT SL.

The creative, visual, technical or professional participation of co-founders, collaborators or third parties in specific elements of the project does not, by itself, alter the operational responsibility, management, continuity, maintenance, updating, modification or evolution of the website, its contents, its services or the activity developed under the ALMA ELITE brand by AVALON LIFE MANAGEMENT SL, without prejudice to any rights that may legally correspond to their respective authors or rights holders over specific contributions.
